Outfit Post #8

I found ANOTHER cute outfit while going through photos...I am so surprised at myself. And I had forgotten about these outfits so now I get to wear them again! {Random sidenote: I've been thinking that I need to come up with a cooler name for my outfit posts than just Outfit Post # blah blah blah. Any suggestions?}

Breakdown:
Shirt & Skirt- Target
Cardigan & Belt- Old Navy
Slip- Made by my Mum

Has anyone noticed that basically everything I own is from Target and Old Navy? And just so you know I'm cheap it's not just all from Target and Old Navy it's all from Target and Old Navy clearance. Old Navy is my favorite because they have their 50% off of clearance clearance {did that make sense?} and it's the best. I got that belt for probably .$98 and that cardigan for somewhere around $2.00. Also, I just applied for a job there. I would LOVE to work there but all of my money would end up right back at Old Navy rather than home paying bills so maybe it will be a good thing if I don't get the job there! Anyway, hope you all enjoyed this little outfit. And someday I'll convince Race to take all of my outfit pictures so that they're not mirror pictures that show my messy house!  {I'm not sure if that would be more for me or for all of you guys??}

  1. Thank you for linking up your blog! Sometimes DISQUS makes it super hard to find people's blogs! And thanks for your sweet comment!

    That's the link I used that seemed to have the best html code. The other ones had weird things about them but that probably was just because I was doing something weird. And other than that you just make the buttony part on photobucket. She tells you how to do that too. :]

  14. Thanks Chelsea! :]

    And I was just saying in a comment below that I am thinking about starting an etsy shop selling slips like that but I just want to find out if people would be interested in and buy things like that...I am not thinking about it super seriously yet but if I find out that people would like those kinds of slips then I would totally look into it some more!

  15. Oooh. I probably wouldn't like being pushed to sell Old Navy cards and stuff. I don't think I'm much of a saleswoman. But if it happens that would be cool just for the clothes! Haha.

    Also...I am THINKING {not super seriously yet} of starting an etsy shop selling slips to go under things but do you personally think people would be interested enough for it to go anywhere??

  16. Thanks Kylie! Target clearance is seriously the best. I remember you did a Things Kylie Loves post on it once and you got a cute light blue sweater and I totally got the same one on clearance there! Right now I am waiting for a couple of things to come on even cheaper clearance and crossing my fingers that no one else will buy them! Haha.

  18. clearance has to be the best thing ever invented. and I love that slip your mom made!

    my sister did work at old navy but it lasted for about a month. She got really good at folding clothes but she hated how she had to sell so many old navy cards to people and such. This was a few years ago so I dont know if anythings changed and thats not really her cup of tea (she's a surgical tech now) But.. she did get some great outfits from there (:
    if its right it will work out and I'm sure you'll be great
